Escrowed Taxes
If your taxes are included with your mortgage payment, please make sure they have your information.
We are not able to give them any property tax adjustment information. You need to make sure that your escrow company receives a copy of your tax bill. Most escrow companies will request a copy of your tax bill from us. We do our best to accomodate their requests and provide them with accurate information. However, it is your responsibility to make sure they have your personal information.
